The thrill of the grill is a mix of learning the fundamentals while putting your creative touch and taste on whatever you’re cooking. Whether you’re wanting to acquire basic knowledge of grilling or if you aim to be the king of the grill, our classes covers a wide range of BBQ basics. Our BBQ-U 101 class begins in June 2022 and will cover a bit of BBQ history, control fundamentals, information and recommendations on smoking meat, finding the right flavor and more.

Our BBQ 101 Class takes place almost every first Saturday of the month and takes place outside at Grill & Provisions located at 3501 N Armenia Avenue.
The class is from 9:00am - 10:30am. The open-format class is FREE to attend for customers that have purchased a grill from Grill & Provisions within the past 60 days.
If you have not purchased a grill from the store, you are still able to attend with the admission fee of $25.00 per class.

The class will be led by a seasoned grill pro that will provide knowledge, education and a hands-on demo of any grill offered at Grill & Provisions. The class also includes a complimentary water, tea or beer along with BBQ samples. Plus, enjoy 10% off your in-store purchase that day on sauces, rubs, accessories, meat and beer. Discount is not applied to grill purchases.
